We are humbled to continue our Direct Relationship with Ijen Lestari, an award-winning farm from East Java, Indonesia. This year’s coffees are an amazing showcase of the diverse spectrum of flavours possible from 1 single farm. 

Fully washed coffees go through a de-pulper, removing as much pulp as possible before being dry fermented for 24 hours. During this fermentation period, the mucilage is broken down into acids & aromatic compounds. The coffees are then rinsed before being dried on raised beds for at least 2 weeks.
