We are humbled to continue our Direct Relationship with Ijen Lestari, an award-winning farm from East Java, Indonesia. This year’s coffees are an amazing showcase of the diverse spectrum of flavours possible from 1 single farm. 

Dandy has been utilising various fermentation styles across his coffees. This lot was placed in sealed containers before being flushed with Carbon Dioxide. This allows for a longer fermentation period to develop more aromatic & flavour compounds. The coffees were then pulped, rinsed & dried on raised beds for up to 3 weeks.
