We are humbled to continue our Direct Relationship with Ijen Lestari, an award-winning farm from East Java, Indonesia. This year’s coffees are an amazing showcase of the diverse spectrum of flavours possible from 1 single farm. 

Mossto is the resulting liquid from ripe cherries being fermented. In this case, the liquid is then used to ferment together with a new batch of ripe cherries which can result in extremely fruity coffees! The coffees were fermented for 24 hours with Mosto, before being pulped & rinsed to be dried as washed coffees. 

This is the first year Dandy has experimented with Mossto fermentation. The result is an incredibly fruit forward coffee with intense aromatics & a syrupy mouthfeel!
